Job summary

CREATIVE WERKS LLC is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee a busy warehouse, ensuring accurate shipping/receiving, inventory control and safety compliance. You will coach a team, manage daily workload, and partner with other supervisors to meet production needs.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing with leadership experience, knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office. This full-time position is on-site with an 8% bonus opportunity based on performance.

Qualifications

Associates degree or 5+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with food safety standards (GMP, SQF, HACCP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervises forklift lead, operators and warehouse clerks in warehouse activities.
Oversees daily tasks including filling and shipping orders, and documentation.
Measures and reports the effectiveness of department activities; provides status reports.
Enforces safety, discipline, cooperation, and teamwork rules.
Coaches and develops team members to meet business needs.
Provides annual forklift operator training after certification.
Facilitates handoffs between shifts and communicates key information.
