The role requires supervising staff, hiring and training associates, planning and directing work, and maintaining a productive, compliant operation with a focus on teamwork and safety. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to coach and manage multiple associates.
• Experience with warehouse operations or distribution is helpful.
• Valid Class A CDL and ability to meet fleet policy requirements.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with UNITED policies and applicable laws.
