Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate receiving, storage, and outbound distribution across our large distribution center. You will supervise crews, assign tasks by seniority, and ensure productivity standards are met daily.

You will monitor inbound shipments, manage labor, promote safety, and liaise with stores to maintain accuracy and on-time deliveries. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup and execution of labor for shift operations.
• Monitor receiving/unloading for inbound shipments and ensure accuracy and safety.
• Review loading to meet delivery sequence and weight distribution guidelines.
• Oversee stacking and order selecting; address productivity issues and load stability.
• Lead, coach and develop employees; document performance and corrective actions.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure 24/7 operation readiness.
