Warehouse Lead – Monroe, NC

Responsibility:

• Assist in holding warehouse team members accountable for following policy, procedure, and safety practices.

• Direct staff to ensure daily tasks and priorities are met as assigned by the supervisor

• Provide accurate and timely movement of material into the production departments.

• Ensure accurate and smooth flow of finished product to the sterilization provider and to the distribution warehouse.

• Understand the work flows and priorities to be able to manage in the absence of the supervisor when needed.

Job Requirements:

Tasks

• Perform all types of PO receipts physically and in the SAP system; SILO, spare machine parts, stock material including containers, non-stock/expense materials.

• Contact individuals noted as the requestor for non-stock receipts upon arrival.

• Ensure product for IGI is controlled appropriately.

• Perform all types of internal movements physically and in the SAP system; transfer to and from production, 3PL and other warehouses.

• Ship to sterilization, inclusive of creating and shipping the load in SAP and sending the ASN.

• Shrink-wrap and/or flip pallets in preparation of put-away or shipping.

• Prepare Bill of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documents.

• Tag and segregate QA Hold material in a timely manner.

• Execute appropriate actions on dispositioned QA Hold material (release, rework, scrap) within the warehouse in a timely manner.

• Maintain a list of Kanban replenishment requirements.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness inside and out, inclusive of compactor and waste bin areas.

• Maintain required recordkeeping and retention practices.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on)

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
