Job summary

Watco Tulsa is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise hub associates and temporary workers in warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight. The role focuses on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Schedule options include Sunday/Wednesday off, 8am–4pm, or Sunday plus an additional weekday off, 4pm–12am. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, with opportunities for training and career advancement within Watco.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and warehouse systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or higher required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in warm and cold environments.
• Ability to access all areas of the warehouse and remain mobile.
