Job summary

Watco is seeking a Shift Lead at our Tulsa, OK location to supervise hub associates and temp workers in warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight.

You will drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by ensuring processes run smoothly and safely, while mentoring teammates and upholding Watco standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and warehouse systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in warm and cold environments.
• Access to all areas of the warehouse; frequent standing/walking.

• Sunday / Wednesday off, 8am - 4pm
• Sunday / additional weekday off, 4pm - 12am

Pay

• $21 - 23 / hr

The Shift Lead is responsible for leading hub associates and/or temp workers in warehouse operations and activities including the receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring procedures and operations increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
