Suja Life in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Receiving Associate to handle inbound products, stocked materials, and pallet consolidation. The role supports production by pulling materials and loading/unloading trucks, with safety and SOP adherence.
You will work 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime flexibility, requiring forklift operation and ERP knowledge. The position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow within a quality-focused environment.
Position Summary
The Receiving Associate performs all functions assigned by the inventory supervisor and/or manager, including but not limited to, receiving, returns, stocking, selection, pallet consolidation, loading and unloading trucks, material supply.

The position requires work in a wet refrigerated manufacturing facility with temperatures below 40°F. Additionally, tasks may occasionally be performed in a dry warehouse environment with temperatures reaching up to 85°F and/or occasional exposure to freezer warehouse conditions at -10°F. Work areas may be tight and will require continuous exposure to noisy environments exceeding 85 dBA. Strict adherence to safety protocols is mandatory, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes. The role demands the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and safely.
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs with continuous motion. Must be able to push/pull 100lbs with continuous motion. Must be able to navigate manufacturing equipment and facilities including repetitive bending, kneeling, reaching over head with both arms, stooping, squatting, and twisting. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights when needed. Must be able to regularly use hands to handle, grasp and control objects with good gripping strength and manual dexterity. Occasional exposure to moving machinery. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical exam.
