Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead for the Katy, TX facility. You will partner with the On-Site Manager to schedule shifts, supervise staff, and ensure safety standards are met while maintaining efficient pallet operations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, forklift certification, and preferred prior supervisor experience. Competitive benefits and a path for career advancement are offered.

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shift schedules with the On-Site Manager to optimize service for local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and HR policies.
• Maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Record movements accurately on proper forms.
• Handle employee relations issues with the On-Site Manager.
