Job summary

APR Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for a Monday–Friday shift from 5:00am to 2:00pm. You will guide a small warehouse crew, assign tasks, and ensure daily goals are met while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on supervision, and collaboration with the broader distribution team to support timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse experience.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
• Ability to operate RF scan devices and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse team of 5-10 during the shift.
• Assign tasks, priorities and ensure daily goals are met.
• Coordinate order picking, packing and loading for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain inventory through audits and log receipts.
• Monitor safety and keep the facility clean and efficient.
• Report discrepancies and operate in accordance with health policies.

What You’ll Do as a Team Lead:

• Assign, guide and motivate team of warehouse workers during the designated shift
• Assign tasks, set priorities and ensure that daily goals and objectives are met
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment
• Coordinate pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
• Receive shipment, log into inventory, and maintain inventory through audits
• Move incoming shipments to put away zones in an efficient manner
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Assist in the loading of trucks for delivery to customers
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnel
• Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
• Willing to work some overtime when needed
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• 1 - 3 years prior leadership experience
• 3 years warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 year of box truck experience
• Minimum 6 months successful forklift and pallet jack experience
• Ability to lead team of approximately 5-10 teammates
• Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and WMS
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability safely to operate a fork lift and pallet jack
• Physical ability to move product safely and efficiently (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers and customers as required
