This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods to enhance operations. The Engineer will identify and implement data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify root causes and eliminate inefficiencies. The Engineer will collaborate across all levels of the organization and report to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
