This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods to enhance operations. The Engineer will identify and implement data-driven changes through CI, Engineering, and Automation to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves leveraging analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify root causes and eliminate inefficiencies. The Engineer will collaborate across all levels of the organization and report to the Lead Engineer or CI Manager.
