What you'll do

As a Warehouse Selector, your earnings depend on your performance. Completing orders safely and efficiently increases your pay, with the potential to earn above standard pay rates. The role involves physical activity such as walking, lifting, and stretching, contributing to your fitness. You will pull products, place them on pallets, and prepare orders for delivery using advanced technology. Your role is vital in maintaining stock levels across our extensive store network.

What you need to succeed

• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Lift and carry products weighing up to 67 pounds
• Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Operate pallet trucks or forklifts safely
• Read, write, and verify numbers accurately
• Follow instructions precisely
• Pass a Physical Agility Test, if required

Work Environment and Compensation

Work involves temperature extremes in the warehouse, especially in high velocity areas exceeding 90°F. Starting pay is $18.56 during training, with potential to earn over $30 after demonstrating productivity. Additional differentials are available for night, freezer, and weekend shifts. A year-end holiday bonus is offered based on tenure and performance.
