Duties/Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Selector, your earnings are determined by your productivity. Completing orders safely and efficiently increases your weekly pay, with the average Selector performing above 100% efficiency. This role involves walking, lifting, bending, and stretching — ideal for those interested in staying active. You will pull products, place them on pallets, wrap orders, and prepare them for delivery, utilizing advanced technology to locate products in the warehouse. Teamwork is essential to keep our shelves stocked across over 1,200 store locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to work fluctuating shifts
• Capability to lift and carry products weighing up to 67 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
• Operate pallet trucks or forklifts safely
• Perform duties accurately and safely
• Read, write, and verify numbers
• Follow instructions and pass a Physical Agility Test, if applicable
