YOU determine how much you earn as a Warehouse Selector. The more orders you complete safely and efficiently, the more money you earn each week! The average Publix Selector performs at a rate greater than 100%, which means you can earn above standard pay. Selectors are rewarded for working efficiently and accurately.
If you enjoy physical activity, this role doubles as a workout. Selectors walk, lift, bend, and stretch regularly. They pull products, place them on pallets, wrap orders, and prepare them for delivery. Using advanced technology, they locate and manage products efficiently. Warehouse Selectors are team players vital to stocking shelves across our 1,200+ stores.

Starting pay is $23.20, with potential to earn more after training. Year-end bonuses are based on tenure and performance.
