Job summary

National DCP, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Twinsburg, OH to accurately pick, label and palletize orders for Dunkin’ restaurants. Use electric pallet jacks and voice-picking tech in a multi-temperature warehouse, with opportunities for growth and full benefits.

Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, staging pallets, and adhering to safety standards while supporting fast-paced distribution operations across dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.

Qualifications

• Able to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jacks, shrink-wrap, and powered equipment.
• Comfort with voice-picking technology.
• Willingness to work flexible days including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift to accurately select orders.
• Stack and stage pallets for outbound delivery.
• Maintain safe lifting techniques and daily equipment inspections.
• Adhere to safety and Good Distribution Practices.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
