Job summary

National DCP, LLC – Westampton, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support Dunkin distribution. This full-time role uses electric pallet jacks and ring-scanner wearables to accurately pick, label, and palletize orders across dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.

Shifts Sunday–Friday, with start times ranging from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a base pay structure including a 90-day bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Lifts up to 55 lbs.
• Voice picking and Vocollect experience preferred.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and high lift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to hand-select orders within temperature-controlled environments.
• Stack product on pallets and stage for outbound loading.
• Maintain established selection rates per temperature zones.
• Shrink-wrap product to secure loads for transit.
• Perform daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.
• Follow Good Distribution Practices and company safety standards.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties and perform other tasks as assigned.
