Job summary

Meijer Inc. in the United States is seeking a warehouse associate to manage product integrity from receiving to store shipment. You will operate heavy equipment and ensure correct handling and temperature standards throughout the distribution process.

Multiple shifts are available, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight options. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, strong reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer / technology skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior warehouse experience helpful (order fulfillment).

Responsibilities

• Ensures order & inventory accuracy via established processes.
• Use heavy industrial equipment including motorized pallet jacks and stand up hi-lo to transport product
• Continuously select and palletize cases of product weighing up to 75 lbs over the entirety of the shift
• Ensures quality and temperature standards for all products are maintained during a safe transfer and storage process.
• Follows established inventory control practices to ensure all Meijer standards are met.
• Ensures building sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
• Practices 200% safety accountability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsible for complete product integrity during its stay at the distribution center, from the receiving process, through movement and storage within the warehouse, to final store shipment. Ensures that all all products appropriately handled, using knowledge of quality and temperature standards.

Multiple Shifts Open:

• 5am-3:30pm
• 1pm-9:30pm
• 3:15pm-1:45am
