Job summary

The Anderson-DuBose Company is hiring Experienced Warehouse Associates in Lordstown, OH. You will be a Warehouse Selector/Picker, selecting and stacking products, stripping trailers, and loading/unloading within a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment.

Overtime is common and a $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid within one year. Paid training is provided, and benefits are strong. You may work 2nd or 3rd shift with a potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift/push/pull 60+ pounds regularly.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Select and stack products.
• Strip trailers.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Restock products in the warehouse.
• Work in multi-temperature zones (freezer, cooler, dry).
• Use voice system for picking.
• Stack on carts or pallets and label products.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist in other duties as needed.

Summary

The Anderson-DuBose Company is now hiring Experienced Warehouse Associates. Must be willing to work both 2nd or 3rd shift schedule. Overtime very possible.

$1,500 Sign-on bonus paid within one year.

$22.40 / $23.10 after 90 days

Warehouse Selector / Picker

• Selecting and stacking products
• Stripping trailers
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Restocking products in the warehouse
• Ability to work in multi temperature zones
• This includes selecting, using a voice system
• Stacking on carts or pallets
• Wrapping and labeling products
• Staging product in proper staging areas
• Ability to handle MHE
• All associates assist in the keeping their work areas clean
• Productive use of downtime
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Supervisor
• other miscellaneous duties.

In addition to manually handling products, the Warehouse Selector must also understand how to locate products in the warehouse and operate equipment used to place the pallet loads of products into storage.

Associates must have the ability to work any shift (10 hours shifts), including all days of the week and weekends, and be able to work a fast-paced, physically demanding job in varying temperature zones, to include a freezer, cooler and dry storage area as needed. We provide paid training.
