Job summary

Tops is seeking a Warehouse Auditor for our New York area warehouse to verify order accuracy before shipment. You will break down pallets, count cases, and rebuild pallets, then document audit results to ensure every store order is correct.

Strong basic math, reading, and communication skills, plus basic computer literacy, are essential. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar role help you fit quickly; weekend flexibility is a plus.

The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. Warehouse Auditor is responsible for verifying the selection accuracy of store orders before they leave the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to process keeping audits random
• Create and print audit documents
• Breaking down pallets and counting cases to verify the accuracy of the order, followed by rebuilding the pallet
• Identify and have errors corrected on completed orders
• Complete all audit results reporting on the computer
• Work closely with supervision
• Follow the direction of MOD
• Other duties may be assigned
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekend is a must

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
• Possess basic computer skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in a similar position
