Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage all aspects of on-site security for a client location in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining high-quality service.

The position offers full-time hours at $21.00 per hour with benefits. Ideal candidates will have supervisory security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass required trainings and licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are completed.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels designated by AUS.
• Inspect staff performance to assure service quality and contract compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
