Starting pay is $23.66 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years security experience, 18+ years of age, and a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within guidelines.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Able to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at the customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure safety and professionalism on the shift.
