Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Warehouse Security Officer in Blue Springs, MO. This full-time role offers a wage of $19.95 per hour and involves monitoring premises, enforcing site regulations, and performing access control and patrol duties to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting safety concerns, and providing customer service to employees and guests.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer / technology skills
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant during shift
• Must have a professional demeanor
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and escalation procedures
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation

Wage: $19.95/HR

TheWarehouse Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect
