Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Guard/Clerk in Haltom City, Texas, with a weekend schedule and weekly pay. The role requires SAP and Warehouse Management System experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

The position supports warehouse operations in a safe, efficient environment, with on-the-job training and potential benefits typical for warehouse facilities. Candidates should be ready to work Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 am–7:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse directions.
• Verify shipping/receiving documentation; coordinate with inventory to resolve issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and support their needs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound loads; perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour

• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour

• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am- 7:00 pm

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues

• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed

• Update required reports on a timely basis

• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs

• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads

• Perform other duties as assigned
