Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Section Leader to manage daily warehouse tasks in a commercial tire distribution environment. You will mount/dismount tires, process shipments, and ensure accurate inventory while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift certification, and a willingness to learn service equipment. A fast-paced, on-site setting with rotating shifts and potential driver support is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification obtained after employment.
• Commercial TIA certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mount/dismount tires using the specified tools.
• Load/unload shipments and assist with paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and assist monthly counts.
• Keep workspace organized and safe; follow PPE rules.
• Support route drivers for pickups/deliveries when needed.
• Operate equipment and hand tools; learn provided service gear.

We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the “extra mile” philosophy to fulfill our Warehouse Section Leader role.

The Warehouse Section Leader is responsible for the safety, efficiency, and completion of any day-to-day warehouse tasks. This includes mount/dismount area, shipping/receiving, paint/wheel reconditioning, as well as organization of stock and customer retread area tires.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• Mount and dismount various sized commercial tires, utilizing the mount/dismount machine, T45A Tire Iron/Spoon Bar, and or the “Golden Tool.”
• Accurately load and unload all tire shipments and assist with completion of paperwork.
• Assist with the efficiency and flow of warehouse inventory.
• Assist with all monthly inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse space is utilized efficiently.
• Accurately identify and enter casing information into BIBTread Mobile device (BTM), as well as properly tag client’s tires and wheels.
• Properly and safely sandblast, powder coat paint, and cure customer wheels.
• Assist with the scrap out analysis process for Snider customers.
• Assist with reconditioned wheel shipments that are outbound to Snider locations.
• Assist with counting and reconciling monthly retread inventory.
• May be required to assist route driver with customer pickups and deliveries.
• Responsible for the overall organization, inventory, and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE, and demonstrate safety conscious mindset.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, show up to work on time and in the correct uniform.
• Adheres to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.

This position will be based in a commercial tire manufacturing/distribution center at one of our commercial Retread and/or TRACS facilities. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, interact with moving mechanical parts/equipment on a daily basis, and the noise level at the plant is usually moderate to high.

Education or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in similar role or industry is a plus.

Certificates and Licenses
