Capstone is seeking a sanitation associate to keep the work site clean and free of debris while learning sanitation and pallet sorting best practices in a warehouse setting.

You will interact with customer staff and delivery personnel, work in assigned areas to maintain workflow, lift 25–75 lbs, and adapt to changing operational needs, with paid training and opportunities to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices in a warehouse.
• Interact with customer staff and delivery personnel in a positive, friendly manner.
• Work in assigned areas to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs as needed.
• Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer.
• Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed about conditions, accomplishments and concerns.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
