Job summary

Capstone is seeking a sanitation associate to keep the site clean and support pallet sorting within a warehouse facility. You will work solo or in teams with minimal supervision and engage with customer staff and delivery personnel to maintain a positive relationship.

Assigned areas help maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. Training is provided, with safety incentives and potential travel opportunities across Capstone sites.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean work site and keep debris away.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices in a warehouse facility.
• Interact with customer's staff and delivery personnel in a positive, friendly manner.
• Work in assigned areas to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 25–75 lbs as required.
