Capstone Logistics, LLC is looking for a high-energy warehouse associate to join our network of sites. You will maintain a clean, safe dock and participate in sanitation and pallet sorting tasks, while providing positive service to customers and delivery personnel.

The role requires physical work, the ability to work with minimal supervision or in teams, and flexibility to support changing operational needs across our 580+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25–75 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep the work site clean and safe in a warehouse setting.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting practices within the facility.
• Interact with customers' staff and delivery personnel in a positive manner.
• Be assigned to areas to maintain workflow and meet expectations.
