Job summary

CHEP is seeking motivated Warehouse Operators to support our service center operations in Redlands, CA. This role focuses on safe, efficient container preparation in a structured production environment.

You’ll perform cleaning and sanitation, use PPE, work with a team on daily goals, and enjoy full benefits from Day 1, biweekly pay, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning or sanitation in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of general warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bulk shipping containers using appropriate equipment.
• Mix and handle food-grade cleaners at correct concentrations.
• Support daily production goals while upholding safety and quality.
• Wear PPE and follow all site safety procedures.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the team.
