CHEP is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support container preparation and cleanliness in a safety‑focused production environment at our Bolingbrook, IL service center. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in daily operations.

You will earn up to $23.50/hour with biweekly pay, full benefits from day one, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and growth within a global logistics leader that prioritizes safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or sanitation work in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of general warehouse safety practices.
• Able to lift and position containers weighing up to 50 lbs for portions of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bulk shipping containers using pressure washers, foamers, and fogging equipment.
• Use food-grade chemicals mixed to correct concentrations.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Wear PPE and follow all site safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
