Job summary

Penske Logistics in Orlando is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑minded, outgoing team. You will help keep the facility clean, operate equipment, and support daily warehouse operations in a cold storage environment.

We offer a competitive wage of $17.50/hour with a $0.50 shift differential and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, a $125 boot allowance after 90 days, and growth opportunities. Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 3pm until finished.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming surfaces.
• Pulls pallets and clean/scrubs product bays on a rotating basis.
• Clean up spills or breakages and determine disposition per food safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment and scan products using a WMS.
• Maintain sanitation logs and follow safety requirements.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
