Job summary

Capstone is seeking a sanitation associate in La Vista, NE for a first-shift, part-time role. You will help keep the site clean and learn pallet sorting in a warehouse setting, working solo or with others under minimal supervision.

You'll interact with customer staff and delivery personnel, support area assignments to sustain consistent flow, and must lift 25–75 lbs. Flexible hours may apply to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

• Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
