Job summary

Capstone is hiring a sanitation associate to keep the warehouse clean and efficient. You will learn sanitation and pallet sorting with minimal supervision, interacting with customer staff and drivers. Assigned areas ensure consistent workflow and meeting customer expectations.

Position offers paid training, safety incentives, and a path for career growth across 580+ sites nationwide. Work hours include either 3:00PM-11:30PM (Mon-Fri) or 10:00PM-6:30AM (Sun-Thu) with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Maintain the work site clean and debris-free.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting practices in a warehouse.
• Interact professionally with customer's staff and delivery personnel.
• Be assigned to specified areas to maintain workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 25-75 lbs as required.
• Handle pallets as directed by Capstone and customer.
• Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed of conditions and improvements.
• Maintain a safe work environment with flexible scheduling.

Requirements:

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
