Job summary

Capstone is seeking a sanitation associate to support warehouse operations across multiple sites. The role involves maintaining a clean work area, learning pallet sorting practices, and working with customer staff and delivery personnel in a positive manner.

You may be assigned to different areas to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer expectations. The position requires comfort in freezer temperatures (20 degree work environment) and lifting up to 25–75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and debris-free.
• Learns sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse.
• Interacts with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assigned to specified areas to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
