Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a sanitation associate to keep our warehouse clean and safe while learning pallet sorting practices. You will interact with customer staff and delivery personnel in a positive, professional manner and be assigned to designated areas to support a smooth workflow.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to lift 25–75 lbs, and adapt to changing operational needs with a strong work ethic. Training is provided, and safety is a priority in a high-energy environment.

Requirements

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
