Job summary

The Affinity Group is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Operations helper in the United States for our busy sales and marketing environment. The role focuses on keeping the building and equipment in excellent condition and supporting sales reps, with some evenings and weekends required to meet events and delivery needs.

Key duties include maintaining inventory, ordering samples, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and office areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Warehouse/inventory management experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain clean, organized warehouse and office areas.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties include building maintenance; all areas clean and free of debris; keeping supplies and product samples.
• Order samples, manage inventory; maintain client equipment and supplies.
• Support sales activities including transfer and release of samples and POS, vendor fairs, sales trainings and food shows.
