Job summary

The Affinity Group in California is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Facilities Associate to oversee warehouse operations and help support the sales team. The role requires maintaining building and equipment in excellent condition and occasionally working evenings or weekends.

You will manage inventory, prepare samples, coordinate deliveries, and assist at vendor fairs and trade shows, while ensuring clean, organized spaces and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• Inventory levels must be kept current for product and supplies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Office and warehouse floors should be clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse duties including building maintenance, cleanliness, and availability of supplies and product samples.
• Order samples and manage inventory; maintain client equipment and supplies.
• Support sales activities (transfer and release of samples and POS, vendor fairs, sales trainings, and food shows).
