Job summary

CBH Co-Op is seeking a Warehouse Sales Associate in Gillette, WY to perform loading, unloading, and handling of bulk feed, grain, and lubricants. You will operate forklifts, maintain safety, accuracy, and professional conduct, and support customer service on site.

Summary duties include inventory checks, data entry, adherence to credit policies, and collaborating with the Location Manager to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn business accounting systems.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Previous agricultural cooperative or agriculture related experience is a plus.
• Fork Lift and Push Cart experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute checks and balances as directed by the external auditor and management.
• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Enforce and maintain credit policies of the company.
• Demonstrate ongoing communication with all levels and divisions to align with company policies and goals.
• Inventory management.
