Responsibilities include assisting showroom customers, following up on inquiries and orders, supporting local sales relationships, and preparing inventory for pickups and shipments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, warehouse, or related fields.
• Valid forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle products up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
