Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Develops and delivers effective presentations.
• Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety programs and compliance through SafetyNet, including Emergency Action Plans, Hazmat, and CTPAT requirements.
• Monitor employee compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
• Manage Workers’ Comp notifications and Return to Work program.
• Track and analyze safety data to identify trends and corrective opportunities.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and annual ITA submissions; support OSHA interactions when required.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations with reports.
