Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Warehouse Location Safety Supervisor in Hagerstown, MD to lead safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role requires hands-on safety leadership, experience with Power BI analytics, and the ability to coordinate across teams while maintaining rigorous safety standards. This is a salaried, full-time position with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety programs and ensure compliance through SafetyNet, Hazmat, and CTPAT requirements.
• Monitor PPE use and safe work practices.
• Manage Workers’ Comp notifications and Return to Work program.
• Track and analyze Total Safety Index (TSI) data in Power BI.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and ITA submissions; support OSHA interactions.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations with thorough reporting.
