Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Safety Manager to implement best practices and lead safety programs across fabrication and site operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of safety experience, OSHA certifications, and strong communication to train staff, oversee crane operations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Primary duties include incident investigations, accident reporting, return-to-work processing, and coordinating safety protocols with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in safety management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven safety experience, fabrication preferred.
• EMT or equivalent certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 & 30, 1910.
• Experience with fabrication-style gantry crane preferred.
• Working knowledge of legal health and safety guidelines.
• Proven knowledge of risk assessment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Educate/train Fabrication and Prefab labor about safety measures.
• Assist in case management of incidents.
• Assist in post-incident investigations.
• Maintain accident reports/records and manage safety claims.
• Write initial incident reports and track updates.
• Manage return-to-work and modified-duty claims.
• Assist in setting up safety protocols for Fabrication and Prefabrication.
• Perform Fabrication area inspections and reports.
• Manage crane lift plans and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain Fabrication Safety Committee.
• Coordinate with building maintenance on safety compliance.
• Maintain emergency response plans for Fabrication area.
