Duluth Trading Company is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at our Adairsville facility near Atlanta, GA. The role involves order picking, packing, and handling returned products with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Work is onsite with daily responsibilities aligned to inventory control and customer service levels. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to stand, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to inspect, clean and re-pack returned products.
• Process returns using a computerized system and scanning equipment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using a Warehouse Management System device or tablet with a scanner.
• Place orders into totes with barcodes facing up and move to conveyor.
• Document and disposition returned products per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist other areas as needed.
• Verify, process, match labels and disposition returns to vendor or outlets.
• Log errors and adjust inventory levels; distribute sellable units.
• Complete outlet processes and support customer service goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor.
