Job summary

Werner Electric Supply Company in Appleton, WI is seeking a Warehouse Teammate. Starting wage is $19/hour with a $1,000 starting bonus and a $2,400 annual bonus potential. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with merit increases and immediate paid time off.

Responsibilities include reading orders, moving items, packing, inventory control, and occasional driving to deliver orders. Requires a HS diploma and 1–3 months related experience, plus ability to lift heavy weights and operate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 months related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge to use common software.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly and 75-100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, vendor packing slips, transfers, and RGAs to determine items to be moved.
• Convey materials from receiving areas to storage or designated areas.
• Sort materials on racks or shelves according to sequence.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Pack and verify customer orders.
• Verify amounts of materials received or distributed and report discrepancies.
• Count or measure items for distribution to ensure conformance to standards.
• Use computer to enter records or reference stock.
• Drive vehicle to deliver orders to customers.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
• Prepare parcels for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records and keep facility clean.
• Follow quality standards and safety measures; assist with cycle counts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
