Job summary

Randstad is hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Returns Specialist for a growing team in NE Portland. The position offers a first shift from 7 AM to 3:45 PM with hourly pay between $23 and $26.

You will handle returned material processes, ensure paperwork and inventory/system updates are accurate, and collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues. A High School education and at least 2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in warehousing or returns processing.
• High school education required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work first shift.

Responsibilities

• Returned Material process.
• Ensures transactions are approved, processed and issues resolved on a timely basis.
• Understands and completes all paperwork and system updates to ensure integrity of inventory and financial records.
• Provides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers.
• Ensures RMA returns are correct, documented and dispositioned.
• Works with other functional areas to determine courses of action on materials i.e. Scrap, Rework.
