Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis, a long-standing leader in agriculture, seeks a Warehouse Representative I for Reichman Sales in Toluca, IL. You will assist with receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while upholding safety and efficiency in a busy warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. OT may be required; training for forklift use is provided. WMS/RF experience is a plus.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain professional appearance when interacting with customers.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift (training provided on the job).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work OT during peak seasons.

Join Reichman Sales, a Wilbur-Ellis company, as a Warehouse Representative I. In this role, you will assist with all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in supporting our customers and daily operations at our Toluca, Illinois location.

Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role

• Receive and ship inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Utilize scales and measures to accurately fill containers.
• Pull customer orders correctly for on time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Bring to the Role

• 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
• Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers
• Ensure overall facility cleanliness
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training will be offered on the job)
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds
• Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons
• High school diploma or equivalent

Your Digital & Technology Capabilities

• Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking systems
• Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes
• Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency

Compensation and Benefits

• Base compensation ranges from $17.16 to $22.87 per hour.
• Wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
