Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Warehouse Representative I in Wisconsin to support receiving, storage, and order fulfillment operations. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure paperwork matches all movements while upholding safety standards and a clean, efficient work environment.

You will also handle material handling equipment training, operate scanners, and assist with timely, accurate customer order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse/retail operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain professional appearance during customer interactions.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment and learn forklift training on the job.
• Ability to lift and bend repetitively up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons.

Role Overview

A Warehouse Representative I assists with all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:

• Receive and ship inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Utilize scales and measures to accurately fill containers.
• Pull customer orders correctly for on time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
• Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers
• Ensure overall facility cleanliness
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training will be offered on the job)
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds
• Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

Your Digital & Technology Capabilities

• Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking systems
• Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes
• Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency

Compensation And Benefits

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.16 to $22.87 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
