Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in the United States. You may work across multiple areas including bulk handling, porter duties, replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping, with strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, unloading trucks, stacking pallets, and ensuring accurate item handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ months warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permitted.
• Basic English language skills (spoken and written).
• Full-Time role may require overtime hours based on business needs.
• Ability to lift/move boxes weighing 70–100 pounds manually.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers) to pick/move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance in the facility.
• Assist in replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping processes.
• Communicate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Help ensure safety procedures are followed throughout the shift.
