Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Repacker/Driver Check-In associate in Dallas, TX. You will ensure drivers are checked in, review paperwork for accuracy, and help route orders while reconciling invoices for smooth post-delivery processing.

You will also inspect vehicles, manage returns, and assist with inventory control, fostering accurate records and timely restocking. A team-focused, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics and driver check-in.
• Ability to reconcile invoices with driver paperwork.
• Experience routing orders and dispatching routes.
• Familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers and review route paperwork for accuracy.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and verify post inspection notes.
• Process returns and determine restock or rerun needs.
• Direct drivers on pallet returns and QC notifications.
• Post daily driver information into the system.
• Backup: route 2nd runs and load trucks for dispatched routes.
• Support accounting with invoicing reconciliation.
