Job summary

Admiral Beverage Corporation, Pendleton, OR, is seeking a Repack worker to assist in quality control and maintain proper repack standards. You will be responsible for packing cans and bottles, rotating stock, and logging dated product to ensure freshness.

The role supports a team-driven environment with emphasis on safety and accuracy. Responsibilities include operating common packaging tools, maintaining a clean work area, and following safety guidelines while meeting daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, orderly repack area and equipment.
• Track and manage repack materials and inventory.
• Rotate breakage area daily and report excess stock.
• Monitor and log out-of-date or coded product.
• Follow QA standards to ensure proper product rotation.
• Operate heat gun, glue gun, pallet jack, label maker, and bailer.
• Pack cans and bottles with code dates not more than 14 days apart.

Repack:

• Assures all responsibilities associated with keeping track of all repack materials and equipment.
• Makes sure that the breakage area is properly rotated daily and notifies supervisor of any breakage over stock conditions.
• Responsible for monitoring and logging of out of date/code product.
• Assists in quality control and proper repack standards required by each supplier.
• Understands and follows quality assurance standards to assure proper product rotation.
• Repacks cans and bottles using code dates no more than 14 days apart from each other.
• Reads and understands code date formats on all exterior packages.
• Operates heat gun, glue gun, pallet jack, label maker and bailing machine.
• Dates all supplier cartons using a label making device using black text on clear tape, text size should be similar to brewery type text.
• Follows cleaning schedules and housekeeping programs.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and surrounding work area.
• Applies safe work standards to ensure accident-free workplace and minimize damage to physical property and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
