The Warehouse Splits Associate is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities. This position requires demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity-driven environment. Responsibilities include pulling split labels for orders, ensuring correct quantity and quality of product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet company standards for productivity
• Pull split labels for orders
• Keep the repack room neat, organized, sanitized and remove poor quality product
• Run products needing attention
• Replenish 5# bag stock & cleaning tomatillos
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of products
• Keep soft products on top of heavy products following loading/unloading procedures
• Follow daily inventory control procedures (FIFO)
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Communicate issues to supervisors and team members
• Seek ways to improve productivity
• Follow HACCP, SQF, and OSHA regulations

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to frequently lift products
• Basic reading and math skills
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• 1 year warehouse experience, preferably in produce industry

Additional Information

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time. Schedule is 5-6 days/week, 40-48 hours, working every holiday except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s.
